Wait for the Check decision
The Valuation Office reviews the facts and sends a decision. Your 4-month Challenge window starts from that decision.

Watch your valuation account messages and email.

When the decision arrives, enter its date in your dashboard. We calculate your Challenge deadline straight away.

If the Check corrected the facts, the rateable value may already have changed. Run a fresh free check before you continue.

If there is no decision after 12 months, you can Challenge anyway.

- We remind you 60, 30, 14, 7 and 2 days before your Challenge deadline.
